Our Service Commitment
At Evo-Spirit, we design our skateboards to be easily repairable. Our service workshop is based in Pornichet (Loire-Atlantique, France), with a team of passionate technicians who know every model. We support you whether your board is under warranty or not.
How does it work?
- Contact us via the form below, by email (info@evo-spirit.com) or by phone at 02 40 22 16 22 (Monday to Friday).
- Remote diagnosis: describe the problem, send photos or videos. Our technicians identify the cause.
- DIY repair: if the problem is simple, we send you the part with a tutorial. Our boards are designed for that.
- Send to workshop: if technical intervention is needed, send us your board. Diagnosis is free.
- Repair and return: we repair and send your board back to you.
Please describe the problem precisely and include all necessary information (skateboard model, purchase date, order number). This allows us to process your request faster.

All our new electric skateboards benefit from a warranty covering manufacturing defects:

Used / Refurbished Product Warranty
Used or refurbished skateboards sold on our website benefit from a 6-month warranty, with the same coverage as new products (manufacturing defects).
Spare Parts
Our skateboards are built to last. All spare parts are available for up to 10 years after purchase. You can order them directly from our online store or contact our customer service.
What is Not Covered by the Warranty
The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. The following are not covered:
- Wear parts: drive belts, tires, wheel rubber, bearings, grip tape. These components require regular replacement depending on use.
- Accidental damage: deck breakage following a jump or impact, remote control drop, collision.
- Water damage: water infiltration into the controller, battery corrosion due to moisture. Electric skateboards are not waterproof.
- Modifications: any modification to the skateboard (firmware, non-original components, customization) voids the warranty on the affected parts.
- Improper use: overloading, use in extreme conditions not intended.
- Natural battery wear: intensive use leads to a gradual decrease in capacity. However, if range drops by more than 30% before the end of the warranty, partial coverage may be considered.
