Find in this FAQ the answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the use, maintenance and tracking of your Evo-Spirit electric skateboard. Whether you have a technical issue or are looking for a practical tip, this section is here to save you time.
My skateboard won't start anymore: what checks should I make?Plug in to charge, wait for the charger to turn green. If charging does not work or the skateboard does not turn on after charging, contact customer service.
How to pair the remote with the electric skateboard?For the Xplorer V2 model :
- Turn on your skateboard by holding the power button until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
- Then turn on your remote.
- The remote will enter search mode and will automatically pair with the skateboard.
- You will only need to configure the final settings (wheel diameter, gear ratio, etc.).
For other skateboard models with LCD remote :
- Turn on the skateboard
- Turn on the remote
- Hold down the skateboard button until the indicator light flashes.
- On the remote, perform a short simultaneous press on both buttons to start pairing.
Check the belt tension as well as the condition of the gear wheels; if these parts are worn, replace them.
Otherwise, contact us, ideally with a video to better diagnose the problem.
When should I change my worn tires?As soon as the surface of the tires is worn and the tread becomes smooth, it is recommended to replace them.
