on your Switcher

The 6 steps to change the belt
Step 1: Remove the protective cover
- Get a 2.5/3 mm Allen key.
- Remove the two screws holding the cover.
- Warning: check that your screws are in good condition to avoid damaging them.
Step 2: Disassemble the wheel
- Use a size 9 spanner to unscrew the 4 rim nuts.
- Then unscrew the 4 bolts on the other side.
- Open the rim into two parts.
- Keep spacers, bolts and nuts in a safe place.
Step 3: Remove the wheel
- Use the T-tool supplied with your skateboard.
- Unscrew the truck axle nut.
- Take care not to lose the washers.
- Press on the axle with your thumb and turn the wheel.
Step 4: Fit the new belt
- Remove the old belt.
- Place the new belt on the toothed wheel.
Step 5: Reattach the wheel
- Position the wheel on the truck axle.
- Engage the belt on the toothed wheel.
- Turn the wheel while holding the belt in place.
Step 6: Final step
- Place the top washer.
- Retighten the nut on the truck axle.
- Reposition the protective cover.
- Screw it back firmly to ensure safety.
