Very disappointed with my EVO-SPIRIT experience, not because of the skateboard I bought but because of the pre- and post-sale management. I joined their Facebook Group and asked questions before buying an Explorer V2. I even contacted the store by phone and told them I would be riding as a Professional. I then placed an order on their site which highlights unregulated, non-homologated electric skateboards. So I accidentally ordered a SPORT version. Upon receipt of the package, the user manual was missing and the remote control was not connected to the skateboard. When you call Support, you reach a voicemail telling you to email because everyone is on vacation and that the person is alone. Too many problems and after 13 days of struggle, the Boss asked me to return the skateboard because he did not appreciate my comments on social networks. When you spend more than €1850 for a skateboard, you expect a minimum of professionalism from the seller, especially when they are failing.
